[wp-forums] No, seriously, how do we help them?

I have wondered why the only means of contact is a web form, particularly
one that becomes inaccessible if there's a problem...

Now those of us who are used to flying by the metaphorical seats of our
equally metaphorical pants with alpha and beta software would probably just
shrug our shoulders and go and do something else while the site wasn't
responding, but I get the impression that there are quite a few
wordpress.com users who are perhaps not fully aware of exactly what they're
playing with.

Some kind of support is definitely needed
