Alas, it is one in the same. That link "unresolved" is directly connected to
the one you're talking about.

Or the same reason they don't say thank you, or acknowledge the solution
worked within the thread. They are excited to fix their blog, and forget,
generally, to come back, until they have a problem next time.

And I've stated the move may help. But if I, or Podz, or whomever has the
ability, sees the thread has an obvious solution provided, and the OP
acknowledges it, why not take the nanosecond to mark it? Is it that big of a
deal? Is the forum karma going to suffer?

I'm really not trying to make a big deal out of this, but if features were
put into place to make it easier on volunteers need a little massaging, I
don't see how that is bad. And once again, I agree, perhaps more effective
placement of the box or a simple check off box, or what ever COULD be
better, but until then, what really would be the harm of some house keeping?

I can honestly say, the previous two months I had little time, and when i
would pop in to the fourms, and want to answer a few questions if I could,
I'd click that "unresolved" box, but the first 15 threads would appear
solved, and I'd move on, didn't really have time to wade through it all.
That's what I'm suggesting to remedy.

And like you tg, this will probably be my last feelings on it, as again, I
don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill.
