[wp-forums] Resolved Threads

Marking a thread resolved doesn't automatically close the thread, it simply
gives an indication that the original Q was answered. If they come back to
the thread to ask a new Q, either it's dealt with there, or they're
encouraged to start a new thread.

I say we try using our discretion at marking resolved for a test period, and
revisit it in, say, 2 weeks.
