[wp-forums] question about questions

OK, so now that beta is out, at what point do certain questions get the
answer, "with 2.0, that will change?"
Specifically regarding users and levels, but there are a few more, I'm
sure.(Categories on the fly being another I've seen recently)

Without sending people to download the beta prematurely?
