[wp-forums] Incorrect details in readme file for WP 2.0 beta

This is a heads up about WP beta. The readme file is incorrect when it
states that PHP version *4.1* or higher is required. Due to the use of glob
(see post http://wordpress.org/support/topic/49790#post-273840), PHP 4.3 or
higher is required (see http://www.php.net/manual/en/function.glob.php).

This will explain support threads/posts mentioning "Fatal error: Call to
undefined function: glob() in
c:\ibserver\www\wordpress\wp-includes\cache.php on line 225".

Can someone (Matt?) update the readme file to correctly state the required
version?
