I get that I as a member can not delete someone's tag that says "dumb", but
if I add "spam" does that go into the general mix?  Or would only I find
that tag if I searched the forum?

When I give a post tags, it's showing "Your Tags".  Does that mean that it
won't show up in a general search?  Am I beating a dead horse by adding
Tags, unless I want to find the thread?
