[wp-forums] Forum Stickies

I just thought I'd add a little explanation about the Codex post stickies.

To better connect the resources in the Codex with the Forum, Podz and 
others decided to include "featured articles" so to speak on the Forum.  
One for each major section on a related topic.  These are to be released 
and a new one posted and stickied weekly. 

The list of what Podz has been supplied with is found here:

If you find an article that you think would be good to add, please add 
it below the line in the appropriate Forum section title.  Right now, we 
only have a few articles for some sections, which gives you a hint on 
where we need help with documentation - hint hint. ;-)
