[wp-forums] Closing / Deleting Threads

I see little reason to close threads. Like Jenna said, a lot of people will
think they have solved a problem, munch on it a bit, and then realize they
didn't get exactly what they wanted and go back to the thread to ask for an
expansion. It is still very relevant information, but if their topic is
closed, I'm sure they'd be frustrated and unnecessarily open a new thread.
Deleting threads, on the other hand, is sensible. There have been threads
where there was simply no information, no question, nothing. That's just
noise.
