[wp-forums] What's the proper procedure for suggesting Forum software improvements?

I disagree with myself :)

I suppose the Miscellaneous Forum is a fair place to for people to  
report odd forum issues (people will even if it isn't).  That way,  
people can get feedback more quickly and discover clever solutions  
like this one! http://wordpress.org/support/topic/37894

But I do think most discussion stuff should occur on the list so that  
the forums can continue to be centered on WordPress support.

There.  Clear as mud.
