There's a lot of Michael's floating around :) 'Michael' is fine, but
people should feel free to refer to me both with vitriol and as 'mdawaffe'
if there's confusion.

PS: Michael B - you're not the Michael B from Ithaca -> UR -> Chicago, are
you?
