[wp-forums] Supporting Plugin Authors

There are a lot of very good plugin authors who spend time making good 
readme's and then also responding in the forums. There a few people 
though who choose to sling a few lines of code together, yell "I rock, I 
wrote a plugin!!" and who then offer no support.
I'd happily work with the former.

That said, there is a project in development that asks for readmes is 
there not ? (I'm not naming it so as to not steal any thunder :) )
