This guy literally just commented on my blog, saying the exact same
thing about one of my plugins.  He had a different URL in his comment,
and used www at skippy.net as his email address.

His profile is linked to clickfor dot net.  He literally just registered
for his account on the forums.

Looks super suspicious to me.
