[wp-forums] closed thread feed titles

I added the "Important Security Information" post to my favorites, so 
that I'd be able to quickly link back there for register_global info.  I 
subscribe to my favorites feed.  The title for each post in this thread 
looks like:

<user> on "[closed] "

Non-closed threads display the title correctly.
