[wp-forums] Some more bbPress stuff

A quick review of some of the changes over that last couple weeks
organized by administration status (I don't know who's what; this is
just so everyone knows). Not all of them have made it over to WP/
support just yet, but they're in the code. Just needs an update from
Matt - and, naturally, the inevitable bug fixing that happens
directly after :)

This info will all be on bbpress.org soon, but, as our best and
biggest client, I thought I'd give you a heads up.

"Admins":
     Can edit most user information for the removal of offensive
content etc. (your email is safe!).
     Can promote/demote users.
     Can delete users (what you think) or deactivate users (prevent
them from logging in).

A little more interestingly,

"Moderators":
     Can move topics from one forum to another.
     Can browse deleted topics.
     Can browse deleted posts w/in a topic.
     Can undelete deleted topics and posts.

And, finally, the good stuff.

Anybody:
     Can access a lot more content more easily with better pagination.
     Can view topics by: no-replies, untagged, unresolved (pagination
here is still just next, next...).

Actually, a second glance shows me that some of the permissions are a
bit hosed. Admins can do everything and Anybody can do what I've
said they can above. Moderators might be able to do less than I've
claimed. I'll look into it. IIRC, the moderators on WP/support are
all what bbPress calls "Admins" or similar (just semantics), so it
won't matter too much.
