There will need to be some kind of cost for it yet to be decided.  Topics to include (but not limited to):

1) Deciding between wordpress.com, self-hosted wordpress, and self-hosted wordpress MU
2) Managing users
3) Monitoring the health of you server
4) Security of your site(s)
5) Load testing your site(s)
6) Managing the life cycle of plugins (finding good ones, checking the code behind them, cleaning them up)
7) Managing the life cycle of themes  (finding good ones, checking the code behind them, cleaning them up)
