"Function runtime usage" is probably an overly technical name for what I'm talking about. A lot of WP functions can only be used (or should be) after specific hooks fire. Some examples include wp_enqueue_script and any function defined in the admin/ folder. <div>
<br></div><div>The style for referencing this on the wp_enqueue_script Codex page is to put it in bold text in the description. Perhaps there could be a more standard subsection to look to for a comment regarding the runtime usage? With a nicer name than function runtime usage.<br clear="all">
