If someone has translation improvements, we would like them to contribute to the official translations rather than setting up alternate projects. While setting alternate projects is perfectly fine thanks to the GPL, the <a href="http://wordpress.org" target="_blank">wordpress.org</a> site will only promote official versions.<br>
