I was searching for something, and I saw what is shown in the
attachment (Screenshot.png). I tried searching for the offending
material on google to hopefully find it in a template or something, but
I could not. The offending message is fixed relative to the rest of the
page - that is, if I scroll down, the message sticks to wherever it is
at - doesnt budge. The message does not appear on all pages - it is
pretty sporadic -- so anyone know what is causing this?<br>

I don't know how many other visitors can see it!<br>
