[wp-docs] Where can I git clone the docs?

I have a copy of a subset of the Codex which I scraped a little while ago
to build in to my editor. You can clone
https://github.com/goldenapples/wpman to get a partial set of docs.

I have a plan to go back to this in a while and build an updater function
that checks the Codex "Recent Changes" and updates these man pages, but for
now this is all it is.
