If we've got a list of the deprecated as well, like Trepmal mentioned earlier this week, we should probably hit them up. (I'm just happy I don't have to update the 'Where is my Network Admin Button NOW?' section. If it stays still through 3.5, I can turf that whole weird bit ;)

Off the top of my head, flex headers, the previewer/customizer, and html in captions need to be added (also to Codex). I have someone taking screenshots of these for the About screen, so those will be available for the Codex soon.
