[wp-docs] Docs Contributor Team

Hello,

I've just added myself to the team a few weeks ago, so I won't show up on
anybody's lists. However, I would like to be considered "active." I suppose
if I had sent a "welcome" email, it might have helped :) I look forward to
contributing.
