[wp-docs] Sobre la traducción española de codex

Hello there, Alejandro.

As you already know, I'm one of the contributors of the Spanish codex, but
right now I'm out of time. Here is my contributor page.

Last year, after WordCamp Spain, we opened a group to make the guidelines of
the codex translations, but it has no movement right now.

You are absolutely welcome if you want to help. It would be good to
reactivate the work in spanish codex.

We can begin doing some tutorials for n00bs about how to make your
translation in https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/spanish-codex (or
maybe we can make a p2, it's better and it's open) and then distribute among
us the pages most needed for translation to begin.
