[wp-docs] Administration Panels/Screens needs updating

Aren't we in freeze mode yet?

Most of the stuff needing fixing isn't very version specific, mostly
cleaning for cleaning sake as it's too wordy and takes to long to get to
the point.

You are the master at beautiful language, so I'll let it in your loverly
hands!
