[wp-docs] Link Spawning Search Results

Yes, please (on the latter issue).

I don't actually use the WPORG search form. If I need to search the Codex,
I use google with "site:codex.wordpress.org" - and I suspect I'm not alone.
It would be awesome for the site search capability to get some love.
