[wp-docs] Brief introduction for Michael Beckwith.

Re-send because I forgot to click "reply all". It's been awhile since I did
a mailing list;
Thanks Lorelle and others.
So far, I've been looking at the "stubs" and "ContentEdit" marked pages and
looking at how I could expand and or clarify, as well as some minor fixes.
Areas that I want to focus on are Theme and Plugin development areas of the
Codex. Those are the areas I use most and will have the most knowledge in,
as well as have the most to gain in expanding on as I would be learning for
my own uses as well. The best way to know how things work are through your
own experience with them.
