Hi Otto,

In Codex, we use [[pt-br:Usando_Links_Permanentes|Usando_Links_Permanentes]] 
to point http://codex.wordpress.org/pt-br:Usando_Links_Permanentes

As always, the page title must be refer twice to hide the language root.
