[wp-docs] Another major spam hit

I'm not sure exactly what spam filters are being used on the codex Wiki
install, but there are a few spam extensions that could be installed and the
extensive spam lists from wikipedia could be used to at least slow down the
worst of the spam.

The spam lists can be updated on a special wiki page too so updating is
easy. Quite handy.
