[wp-docs] Deleting old codex pages

Hi All,

Just a quick note to say it looks like this doesn't belong in the codex anymore:

Stuff linked from it no-longer available and we have galleries built-in now.

I'm going to delete the page but this email serves as a chance for someone to resurrect it if they feel it is really worth and can update it to be current
