[wp-docs] Copyright implications of using templates taken from Wikipedia

I also agree that it should be CC-By-SA so as to be compatible with
Wikipedia. I am sure that content coming from Wikipedia would be
legal, but no idea about the other way around. All that is needed is a
note indicating that it came from Wikipedia and a link to the page.
Wikipedia would then take care of the attribution.

 Just a side-note about those templates. The reason they look so bad
is because the codex is missing a plugin.
