[wp-docs] Codex pages relating to theme development

Quick question for everyone: what's the convention for the
capitalization of "theme" as a noun? I've seen it mostly uppercase in
the Codex, but it's not consistent on all pages. (My personal practice
is to use lowercase, but I'd rather stick with a Codex convention, if
there is one).
