[wp-docs] Codex authorization

As stated at the bottom of the front page of the Codex, not a very visible
place, I admit, it explains that we've had a huge rash of spam attacks
lately and we're working on resolving the issue with logins. Stay tuned for
news on this.

If you have access, possibly you could share it with him and help him
through the process until we get the login issue resolved. Thanks!
