It wasn't until after I posted my reply to the initial request for help that
I saw that mrmist has stepped in and cleaned it up. These mailing lists are
great, but the timeliness is sometimes off. Thanks mrmist for helping
resolve this.

And thanks for your calm voice, Chris.

Once again, thanks to the WordPress team for fixing the styles in the Codex.
Input is still being requested if anyone on the documentation team has more
recommendations. I've been waiting for these so I can clean up the Table of
Contents for the whole Codex. I've been doing a lot of sorting and cleaning,
and have a long list of things to do with the Codex, so I'm eager to get it
looking great, so we can move forward with the incorporation of new videos,
screencasts, guides, and updates.
