[wp-docs] Error on Template Hierarchy codex page?

I don't believe this is the case. You can create a custom template
named about.php but it won't be automatically used by a page with a
slug of 'about'. The template has to be explicity chosen from the page
editing screen.

Can anyone verify if this is correct or not?
