[wp-docs] Long pages

I wanted to break up such articles into individual ones, which I still do.
However, at the time, I was vetoed. Are you suggesting we break these up?
I'm willing. I hate having such detailed information lost in too much
documentation on one page.

Also, we need to fix the style problems on the Codex. Who do we talk to? You
or whoever is in charge of that area of Automattic/WordPress that has to do
with webmaster stuff?
