[wp-docs] How to become an editor of the WordPress.org Wiki

I am a little tired of using the wiki as a resource for plugin reference and
downloads only to to find out-of-date URLs.

I'd like to know how to become and editor so that I can do my bit for
WP.org- the least I can do for using this wonderful blogging software
for all
these years.
