[wp-docs] Request for adding Option Reference to front page

Hi Admins,
The Option Reference is now a full page (hooray!
http://codex.wordpress.org/Option_Reference ). I would like to add a
link to this page under the category of Developer Documentation—if you
have any problems with that please let me know.
