This is not even close to the place to ask. You need to ask in the 
WordPress Support Forums http://www.wordpress.org/support or contact 
Automattic through their contact page directly. It could have been an 
error in your download, so do attempt to download this again.

I will forward the message on, but that's the proper procedure. This 
mailing list is for documentation of the WordPress manual, the WordPress 
Codex, only, not for support questions.
