Are you saying take the contents of this:

and move it to 
http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_Troubleshooting

then take the contents of this:
http://codex.wordpress.org/User:Carthik/Five_Step_Upgrade

and move it to:
http://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WordPress
