Nothing but the obvious. Good collaboration tool. History of edits. Free.
Wiki markup. Talk Pages. It's documented. Lots of people know how to use
it. It works.

Emailing users lost passwords
E-mail on page changes
E-mail when user talk page is changed
E-mail from other users
Alphabetized SpecialPages
Showing the diff during a current edit session
