[wp-docs] I talked to a lawyer

Just for you guys, you owe me one. :)

I think I have a good grip on everything now. To wit:

* Copyright always stays with whoever wrote it
* There is an implied license that you agree to when you submit content
to a website, which has legal precedence.
* An explicit license notice is fine as well, no problems with GPL
* If there was mass infringement a single entity (like WP) could take
action on behalf of copyright holders, so the cost burden wouldn't be on
each person
* There is also some protection in terms of misuse of the WP trademark

Any questions I should pass on?
