That is the standard Template pasted to new user pages.
It does not mention GPL, Copyright, licenses or anything else that could 
be relevant to ownership of information and possible exploitation.

Shouldn't we be making it very clear to people just how their 
information can be used ? Or is it a case of saying "It's GPL" over again ?
