I've contributed a tiny bit to the codex, and I'm not
too worried about it. If I have a say in this, I'd say
leave it as-is. If that isn't an option, I'd say do
the same thing that Wikipedia does and leave it at
that. I'm sure they've put a lot of thought into these issues.
