We need a "What's New in WordPress 1.6" document similar to "What's New
in Gnome".  People love these things.

The doc should follow 1.6 development and be updated as needed.  Once
1.6 is ready for release, "What's New" can become part of the release
notes.

Matt, Owen, Donncha, Andy, and I have written quite a bit about 1.6 on
our blogs.  Those posts could be used to seed "What's New".
