This is *very* classy design.

One concern that I have is the editing tools in the sidebar.  I'm using a
similar layout for a Mediawiki install for Katrina victims trying to
navigate the bureaucratic morass of FEMA benefits (www.femaanswers.org).

Though much cleaner and easier on the eyes than the default Mediawiki
theme (Monobook), I'm finding that having the editing tools across the top
of each article, as the Monobook theme does, feels a bit more intuitive
than having them in the navigation panel on the side, and enforces a
useful separation of functionality.
