[wp-docs] New "Writing Posts" for version 1.5

After letting the old 1.2 version of Writing Posts sit there until moss grew 
on it, I finally wrote up a 1.5 version.  The new one is at the old page: 
http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_Posts and the old one is at 
http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_Posts/Posts_1.2, a subpage per consult 
with Carthik.

Take a whack at it.

Oh, and thanks again to matt for getting the image to finally work and to 
Carthik who worked major overtime adding brand new screen shots of 1.5.1 to 
the Codex.  Beautiful.  Let's use them, folks.
