[wp-docs] What to do with broken links on these pages?

I had talked to serendipity before and she told me I could delete the
pages, however, I added <nowiki></nowiki> around the pages to prevent
the links from showing up. I hope SimonFarine doesn't mind. He can
easily reverse the effects, in any case...

They should point to http://codex.wordpress.org/Localizing_WordPress .

Yes, PotterSys and others are still at work with those pages, so we
can let them be.
