[wp-docs] Deprecated tags

Seeing as one of the things I hate is wasted effort (I really, really do 
hate it), I'd like to know if the following are truly and permanently 
deprecated (before I go and add them on Codex):

next_posts
previous_posts
next_posts_link
previous_posts_link

These are all said to be deprecated on the old Wiki (in one place or 
another), but I find nothing in the code to support this claim.

I'll still be adding them to Codex, but their priority and the amount of 
effort I put into it is dependent on where they stand.
