[wp-docs] [New] Working with Templates (and more)

The next thing to do would be to delete the
http://codex.wordpress.org/Template_Files page. It serves no useful
purpose any longer.

I would be grateful if you or someone else, could check 
http://codex.wordpress.org/index.php?title=Special:Whatlinkshere&target=Template_Files

and update all incoming links to point to other pages, including the
recently created ones.

I'm taking a short break, and will fix this myself later, if everyone
else is busy right now, as well.
