Cool, with a little more time contribution by people, and with a
better framework, things should be simpler.

Maybe we need more editors - yes, but it is important that the editors
get the picture, and the picture will get clearer soon.
What's happening right now, is we are trying to make the "create new
pages as a sub page of your user: page" system work efficiently. The
implementation is having some problems, and maybe things will have to
be worked out a little more.
The process of making Codex more sensible and better organized is
working out quite well. There's been a recent slowdown, which we have
to sort out.

No, ideally the User: pages should be moved in with minimal latency
