[wp-docs] WordPress Backup Docs

Podz and I have put the final touches (ha!) on 
http://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups and we need you to go over 
it with a fine tooth comb. I believe there maybe some more server 
versions and graphics to be added, but the Codex's ability to import 
graphics is borked right now. We're waiting for the fix.  Go through the 
document and make sure it is in great shape and ready for the public, 
please.
